I have been enjoying working and reworking this bodhi leaf skeleton sculpture this month. This is created from dried leaf skeletons and thread. I love working with dried leaves.

What I've been doing this month- September
Hi! Thanks for stopping by! This month I've been finishing up a sculpture I'm calling, Modern Pup. I have been working on this friend for about a year, from the first steps of sewing and knotting the abalone buttons together, to then attaching them onto the dog form. Tons of time has gone into this piece and I'm really happy with the final result. I made Modern Pup for an exciting event coming up in October with Compassion with Fashion, The Arizona Humane Society, and the participating artists will be featured in Southwest Style Magazine.
